How to Use:

1. Assembly: Attach the handle to the ball if using it with the handle. Ensure it is securely fixed.
2. Inflation: Use the provided air pump to inflate the ball to the desired firmness. Insert the needle into the valve and pump until the ball is firm.
3. Adjusting the Handle: Adjust the handle height by loosening the adjustment knob, setting the handle to the desired height, and tightening the knob securely.
4. Starting to Play: Stand on the pedals with one foot on each side of the ball. Hold the handle firmly (if attached) and start jumping by bending your knees slightly and pushing off the ground.
